PLEASE NOTE:

• This form requires to be hand delivered to the Club and is for the attention of the Bar Manager (Cliff Swift) no later than two weeks before the date of the booking with payment in full of £75 (those who use the online form will receieve confirmation by email that their form has been received). The Hirer is liable for excessive damages to the facilities and is responsible for the conduct of the invited guests.
• For parties of less than 50 persons, a booking few will be agreed by the Committee within 14 days of the booking.
• Subsequently, if the Hirer cancels the booking within 21 days of the function the payment will be non-refundable. The Management reserves the right to cancel the booking at short notice if any extenuating circumstances prevail, with the booking fee returned in full to the Hirer.
• The Club is a private members club and accordingly any members may frequent the premises during opening hours but will obviously respect at all times the function taking place.
• The premise also adopts a No Smoking Policy.
• The Club is unable to accept bookings for 21st birthday parties and below.
